We are so excited to announce a new faculty member joining us for The Dance Connection Summer Intensive!! Meet Erin Diener 👏🏻 Erin began dancing in a studio starting at the age of 3, and was a member of her school’s dance team all throughout her middle and high school years. After graduation, she continued taking dance classes at the University of Tennessee, where she was attending as a studio art major. In 2012, after becoming a new mom, Erin took her first class at Neighborhood Barre, and knew that day that she had found her passion. After a few months of taking class, Erin trained directly with the founder of Neighborhood Barre, Katy Richardson, and quickly became an instructor. In 2014 Erin opened an NB studio in Maryville, which she later sold to become an NB corporate master trainer. Erin is currently the lead instructor at the flagship NB studio in Knoxville, where she still teaches daily. When not teaching barre, you can find Erin working on commissions as an abstract and portrait artist, hanging out at the pool, and spending time with her husband and their children. 💖 There’s still time to join Erin and the rest of our amazing faculty July 22-24 in Gatlinburg, TN!! We are so excited to announce our incredible Summer Dance Intensive faculty!! 🤩 📢 NEXT UP, Stephanie Raciak 👏🏻👏🏻 Stephanie Raciak began her dance career over 25 years ago. Inducted into the Hall of Fame of Dance at a young age, she participated as an athlete, captain, and coach for the University of Illinois Illini Dance Team and then went on to work as a professional dancer with the Junior Gus Giordano Company, Six Flags Great America, and the MDA Telethon featuring Jerry Lewis. As a previous UDA Instructor, she traveled across the United States and throughout Europe, South America, and Asia teaching athletes of all ages and backgrounds. Her choreography has been showcased on several National and World Champion high school and college teams, as well as the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Chicago Bulls Bullskidz half-time show. After graduation, Liz furthered her dance training by attending Wake Forest University on a Dance Team scholarship, earning her bachelor’s degree in Health & Exercise Science. Following college, Liz moved to Los Angeles to immerse herself in the commercial dance industry. Liz’s performance credits include Demi Lovato, ‪DNCE, Panic! At the Disco, Good Morning America, Justin Bieber, Kelly Clarkson, & The Ellen Show. Liz has been the assistant & associate choreographer for many live performances and videos including the Demi Lovato 2018 World Tour, Madison Beer 2021 World Tour, Halsey, The American Music Awards, Saturday Night Live, The CMA Awards, The Masked Singer Season 3, The Kelly Clarkson Show, Old Navy, Pentatonix, ESPN featuring John Legend, & more! She was also on FSU’s dance team, The Golden Girls. She has had the honor to dance and act in a wide array of very special projects. Some of her film/television credits include: starring as “Anala” in Disney’s STEP UP 3D, FOOTLOOSE, HOUSE M.D., LOST GIRLS, BLINDSPOTTING, and KILLER CONTRACTOR. She has performed at the Academy Awards, on So You think You Can Dance, the Teen Choice Awards, The Voice, The X Factor, and at the MTV VMA’s with Rihanna. She was the Assistant Choreographer for season 1 of NBC’s “THE VOICE”, and toured nationally with the finalists as their choreographer. We are so excited to announce our incredible Summer Dance Intensive faculty!! 🤩 📢 NEXT UP, Kyndle Kelly 👏🏻👏🏻 Kyndle Kelly, originally from Little Rock, AR, has been dancing since the age of 10. Her training included Studio, All-Star and High School Dance Team. Following her time dancing on the Bryant HS Varsity Dance Team, she attended Memphis State University becoming a member of the Memphis Pom Squad where she assisted the team to take the D1A Hip Hop National Championships Title in 2021.
